Monaco Global Frame Systems consist of 4 basic components ie frame, cross brace, base jack and u-jack.
Light weight in construction Monaco Frame Systems offer fast erection and dismantle, savings in transport and ease of handling and storage. Monaco Global frames are available in 3 systems :

Tubular steel cross braces are used to connect two opposing frames. The cross brace is connected to the frame via the unique latch pin which is attached to the frame.

Used at the top of the frame for adjustment in height and to support timber or LVL bearers. They are available in either single type (for 1 bearer) or double type(for overlapping bearers).
Monaco Global Jacks are manufactured from high grade hollow tubular steel featuring a coarse thread for quick height adjustment. They are available in Light Duty, Standard Duty or Heavy Duty depending on requirements and application.

The Frame Connector is a tubular steel component used to join frames vertically. They are available in 2 sizes to suit either H Frame 48 & 51 Systems or V Frame 61 System.

The Frame Extension is a tubular steel component used to extend the height of a Frame without the need to add extra frames. They are available in 4 sizes :

Monaco Global Steel Catch Deck Boards are used in conjunction with the frame systems to provide catch decks or working platforms. The boards have a perforated non-slip surface and sit flush to avoid trip hazards.

Catch Deck Transoms are manufactured from tubular steel and used in conjunction with Monaco Global Frames and Catch Deck Boards. They are placed between frame baysto provide fall protection.

The Cantilever Frame Bracket is used to provide support to timber bearers which extend past the frame leg.
The Fork Head Jack is used in conjunction with Frame Systems and H20 beams. It provides adjustment in height and support to the H20 beam from tipping over. Fork Head Jacks are 800mm long and are E-Galvanised.
The steel Frame Base Plate is 150 X 150 X 5 E-Galvanised with a hollow steel spigot. It is used under the leg of the frame for protection to the base slab and to also spread the point load of the frame leg.
